An Artful Ride in Miami

How do you get a handful of Miami fashion bloggers to sweat…in style? Take them to The Standard Spa’s Miami Art Ride with Warby Parker, that’s how.

Before hitting the pavement on robin’s egg blue beach cruisers, Miami-based blog girls Ginger Harris, Daniela Ramirez, Maria Tettamanti and Annie Vazquez, hit up The Readery — a 1940s style kiosk in the hotel lobby — for a pair of sweet Warby Parker sunnies. Up next? A scavenger hunt seeking out Miami Beach’s coolest public artworks.

Using a pocket map as their guide, Ginger, Daniela, Maria and Annie discovered sculptures, paintings, murals, ceramics, mirrored glass and fountains by artists such as Charles O. Perry, Roy Lichtenstein, Ellen Lanyon, Franz Franc and more. After the cruising through the Magic City, the fashion-savvy foursome hit the deck for some much needed rest and relaxation — sporting their Warby Parker specs, natch.

Guests, see the front desk to sign up and borrow the Warby Parker bicycles. Also check out the Art Lover's Package, the name says it all.
