      The Standard London is seeking a Front Office Manager, intent on making this property the destination in London. The Front Office Manager is a gracious leader with miles and miles of patience and stamina.

       This role will manage all aspects of the front office, from guest pre-arrival, through stay, and way past check out.
      Our guests are our family, the Front Office Manager is the keeper of the secret family recipe. The Front Office Manager will ensure that front desk and all guest communications meet the standards for complete satisfaction and will act as the main contact for guests in the absence of the Hotel Manager.

      You must be able to demonstrate the following:

      • Ability to deliver high and consistent service standards

      • Ability to problem solve, work collaboratively, communicate effectively to guests, employees and across departments

      • Ability to develop and deliver effective training

      • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment, all while maintaining a gracious and fun demeanour

      • Minimum of 3 years rooms management experience, preferably in boutique/lifestyle hotel sector

      • Opening experience preferred

      • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing; fluent in English

      Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
