New York - East Village, NYC Guest Relations Agent (Security)

      We are currently looking for a motivated and charismatic
      individual to help make our guest experience exceptional. The right experience,
      attitude and desire to work on our Guest Relations Team are important 

      qualities! Got personality? Bring it. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time
      positions open.

      As a Guest Relations Agent you will be responsible for:

      • Patrolling grounds, conducting report writing, responding to
        calls/incidents, and stand posts. This position will translate into a
        "hosting" type element, and will add to the experience. Every
        interaction is key.
      • Assist guests, build on the "relations" part of Guest
        Relations, and actively participate in the day to day hotel and venue
      • Guest Relations ensures the safety and security of all guests,
        personnel, and property. They monitor the consumption of alcohol by both
        employees and guests. They respond to guest concerns and complaints. They
        communicate effectively with all other Guest Relations Agents, wait staff,
        venue management, and general public to ensure that guest's needs are
      • Guest Relations anticipates potential problems with unruly or
        inebriated guests. They understand the sense of urgency that pertains to
        dealing with these types of guests. They are capable of investigating and
        documenting all incidents and accidents on property, which includes
        interviewing witnesses.

      Our ideal candidate:

      • Current NYS Security License preferred
      • Current FSD Certificate preferred
      • At least 1 year of relevant Security experience
      • Ability to work non-standard hours (nights, weekends, overnight shifts)
      • Superb organizational and communication skills; fanatic attention to detail
      • Ability to fluently read, write and speak English
      • Patience, diplomacy & superb emotional control
