New York - East Village, NYC Event Production Coordinator

      We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Events Team! This is a full-time position.

      The Events Production Coordinator will be responsible for:

      ·Supporting the Events Sales Team in sending reservation quotes inputting detailed information into our operating systems

      ·Capturing client information on initial inquiries by phone or email and passing to the appropriate person

      ·Handling menu changes and printing of menus

      ·Preparing BEOs for meetings and updating as necessary

      ·Sending daily notification of events and updating property on events

      ·Organizing payment via systems

      ·Floor plan production

      ·Vendor sourcing and quote requests

      ·Load in coordination

      ·Assist in coordinating, tracking and booking all reservations/agreements - both internal and external

      ·Conduct client site inspections of the hotel in absence of Director of Events

      ·Support Director of Events on all administrative tasks related to the Events department including sharing any relevant communication with other departments

      Our ideal candidate:

      Has at least 1 year related experience preferred and ready to take the next step in a hospitality career!

      Has Strong desire to learn!

      Understands different operating systems (Delphi, Opera, Celopay, etc.)
